Initially, she approached the SAP team and internal development team to create an API system for data synchronization between both platforms. However, after receiving a quotation from SAP that charged for every transaction, she halted all projects and sought our assistance.

Here is the solution we proposed: Instead of relying on human staff, we recommended using RPA to automate the process and have one staff member responsible for correcting and tracking transactions.
